A sober companion is a trained professional who provides personalized support to individuals who are recovering from addiction and or mental health struggles. I offer round-the-clock assistance, helping you or your family members to navigate daily challenges and reinforce sobriety. Through this service we provide trusted companionship, accountability, and emotional support which is vital to the recovery process. As a sober companion, It is my job to help my clients maintain their commitment to a substance-free lifestyle even from the comfort of their own homes. Our services are discrete and highly effective.
This service can include accompanying clients to high risk events where they feel they might be triggered or just visiting to spend time with them on bad days. It could also include helping the client transition out of in-patient treatment and helping them learn how to better handle stressful situations and overcome emotional triggers in order to build their resilience. The goal here is to help individuals rebuild crucial life skills while also offering needed guidance, companionship, support and encouragement on their journey to recovery. This service can be short or long term depending on specific needs and preferences. Recovering from any addiction can be solitary, emotional and a lot of times very overwhelming. 1 on 1 coaching offers personalized support for individuals grappling with addiction and or mental health issues. I always provide a tailored approach to their unique circumstances. By working closely with me, clients can benefit from a non-judgmental and supportive relationship that fosters accountability, goal-setting, and skill-building. Recovery coaching focuses on empowering individuals to identify and overcome barriers to sobriety and mental well-being, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to navigate the day to day challenges of life and sustain positive long term change. This personalized approach allows for a deeper understanding of the individual’s specific needs and circumstances, leading to more effective support and guidance. Through ongoing encouragement, motivation, and the development of coping mechanisms, 1 on 1 coaching plays a crucial role in helping individuals achieve and maintain long-term recovery and mental wellness.
